Clearly scoped advice with a defined outcome.
Four ways to work with me as an independent insights and analytics leader and advisor, each with a clear format and fee approach.
Insights & Analytics Centre of Excellence Build
How do we build insight capability that scales?
- Format
- 3–9 months, phased
- Fee
- Monthly retainer
I design and build the operating model, partners, platforms and skills that make insight-led decisions routine. At Reckitt, this released 12% budget efficiencies for reinvestment and cut research costs by c.30%.
- Operating model, governance and agency rationalisation
- Knowledge, foresight and consumer data platforms, including AI
- Harmonised KPIs, playbooks and team training
Insights & Analytics Function Diagnostic
Is our insights and analytics function changing decisions?
- Format
- 4–6 weeks
- Fee
- Fixed
An independent review of how your function works, from decisions to budget, with a board-ready view of what to fix first. For a Big Five consultancy, I defined the future skills, structure and governance of a global FMCG client’s 60+ FTE function: the blueprint for its next stage.
- Interviews with leaders, insight users and the team
- Review of spend, agencies, data, platforms and skills
- A prioritised 90-day roadmap and business case
Fractional Head of Insights & Analytics
We need senior insights and analytics leadership, but not necessarily a full-time hire.
- Format
- 1–3 days a week or interim, minimum 3 months
- Fee
- Monthly retainer
Hands-on leadership one to three days a week, or full-time interim: to lead a transformation, build a new function, cover a leadership gap or add senior expertise. I built and led a 14-person Centre of Excellence at Reckitt and a 35-person, five-country function at Mondelēz.
- A seat at the leadership table for the customer
- Leadership of the team, agenda and budget
- Quick wins in 30 days and a 6–12 month plan
“She is the type of person that is highly aware of others (and herself) and will find the way to turn any team into a high performance one.”
Data Storytelling Workshops
Why does our best analysis fail to change minds and actions?
- Format
- Half or full day, in person or virtual, 10–100 people
- Fee
- Fixed
Practical workshops that teach analysts, technical and project teams to turn data into stories decision-makers act on. At Shell, 92% of 80+ project managers rated the session highly valuable, and escalations from misaligned expectations fell by 40%.
- The Narrative Arc, a six-stage story structure
- Stakeholder mapping and the “Killer Questions”
- Live coaching on your team’s own material
“She is so clear, didactic, logical and above all, engaging.”
Need something different?
Not every challenge fits a package. I also take on tailored projects, from a single question to a full programme.
- Brand equity measurement
- Innovation measurement
- Growth strategy
- Demand & customer insight
- Advanced analytics & AI
- Independent advisory

Questions executives ask
If yours isn't here, email me.
How long does an engagement last?
A diagnostic takes 4–6 weeks; a workshop is one day plus preparation; a Centre of Excellence build runs 3–9 months in phases; fractional leadership starts at 3 months. Independent advisory can be as little as a few hours, or a few days a month.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. I am based in London and work hybrid: on-site as needed for workshops, leadership sessions and interviews, remotely for analysis and design, across the UK and Europe and further afield by agreement.
How do you price your work?
Defined-scope work is a fixed fee. Fractional leadership and Centre of Excellence builds are a monthly retainer. After a first conversation, I send a short written proposal with scope, timeline and fee.
What happens after I get in touch?
I reply personally, usually within one working day, and we arrange a 30-minute call. If I am the right fit, you receive a proposal; if not, I will say so and, where I can, point you to someone who is.
