Results at a glance

  • 200,000research files migrated from 5,500 folders
  • 1,500+active users across markets
  • c.30%cost savings, with research duplication eliminated

The challenge

Reckitt's consumer insights were scattered across more than 5,500 SharePoint and OneDrive folders and several external platforms.

The result was knowledge silos, duplicated research, wasted budget and limited collaboration across markets. The company could not use what it already knew at global scale.

The approach

I led the implementation of LEXI, Reckitt's global insights platform.

  • Migrated more than 200,000 research files onto a single AI-driven platform that makes insight easy to find and reuse.
  • Introduced a bulk-upload capability to move large volumes of material quickly and safely.
  • Drove adoption through localised training and continuous support, building a culture of insight-sharing rather than just installing a tool.

Results & impact

  • More than 1,500 active users and over 400,000 files (100,000+ reports) on the platform.
  • Around 2,000 files uploaded every week, with automated tagging and intuitive search.
  • Research duplication eliminated, delivering c.30% cost savings and faster access to insight for local teams.

LEXI established a “one team, one platform” way of working. Read Stravito's write-up of the programme.

“Natalie is a very experienced researcher with a strong knowledge of how to ensure strategic insight plays a key role in decision making and how the right processes need to be embedded to achieve them.”
